The Eastlake Design District was an idea to fit the needs of residents looking for an easier way to find home furnishings and accessories in one convenient location.

Michael, with his 25 years of Development and Real Estate experience put together a team of the top Architects, Contractors and Landscape Architects in San Diego County to design the Eastlake Design District. IRE Development brought in national tenants such as Ashley Furniture, Bassett Furniture Direct and Lane Home Furnishings. Local companies such as Foliage Furniture, Casa Divani, The Curtain Collection, Rug Gallery, Custom Doors and Mouldings, and many others offer unique selections that you won’t find anywhere else in the County.

The Eastlake Design District is a project managed, leased and maintained by IRE Development located in Eastlake.
